My name is Aleksandar Ivanov Gyonov and I work as a software developer and recently also as a software architect, at Sofia, Bulgaria.
This site is my personal page that has information about me as well as some of my blog posts.
I created this page because at one point I felt that I wanted to have one, without any particular other goals.
Just a place that pops up on the internet when someone searches for me.
To have a site where when from time to time I publish something, it should be on a page that I "own" - to own my words.
I have been programming for many years, professionally since 1998. I have worked in various fields - banking
transactions, power system management, telecommunications, corporate systems in state administration and
public organizations.
With desktop applications, client-server applications, web systems, distributed systems, mobile applications and more recently
microservices.
Full-stack.
I never stop being interested in the latest in the world of software technology and applying it to projects, in which I participate. It gives me pleasure and makes me feel alive.
I was born in Sofia and I live in Sofia.
I graduated from Sofia Mathematical High School (SMG) and Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" - Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics (FMI).
Father of one son. Husband of one woman.mood
I am interested in and practice with varying success - skiing, tennis and hunting.
